Q. Now the world is returning to normal – what can people look forward to enjoying at the brewery over the coming months?
A: We are really excited to be welcoming people back to our tap room at the brewery. We have live music, street food coupled with super fresh beer, local wine and soft drinks at the ready!
Q: What has the experience of the past few months taught you about your business?
A: Improvise and adapt! It's been very hard with all the changes, but we have worked so hard to offer local free delivery and to have people come by our tap room and shop to keep us going!
Q: What made you want to open a brewery?
A: Passion for beer and local produce. Surrey has so much to offer, and beer has to be part of it!
Q: As we head into spring, what would be your Dorking Brewery beer – or beers - of choice?
A: Definitely our flagship Pilcrow Pale, it's American hopped, vegan friendly and full of floral citrus notes
Q: Name three things that make Surrey’s food and drink scene so great?
A: The variety, passion, and quality!
