Award-winning chef Nick Sinclair has teamed up with Surrey Hills Butchers’ Simon Taylor to launch Surrey Hills Delicatessen in Oxshott, Surrey.
The store showcases a range of local, national and international fine foods including cheeses, bread, charcuterie and specialist ingredients.
Visit the village of Oxshott in Surrey and you’ll find shelves stocked with the delicious nationally acclaimed flavours of Sublime Butter, Droitwich Salt, DJ BBQ rubs and spices and many more.
More locally to Surrey, there are Jam Packed Preserves jams, jellies and chutneys from Epsom, fresh Pan bakery bread from Dorking and Norbury Blue cheese from Albury leading the way.
As well as the artisan deli offering, Surrey Hills Delicatessen also stocks a range of seasonal fruit and vegetables.
And, just across the road, there’s Surrey Hills Butchers’ flagship butcher’s shop with its ethically sourced and rare breed meats.
Having worked in the hospitality industry for more than 20 years, Nick Sinclair has previously been executive chef at the likes of Burford Bridge Hotel in Dorking and Brooklands Hotel in Weybridge, as well as running his own At Home by Nick Sinclair catering business in Surrey.
Suffice to say, Nick brings a wealth of experience, talent and meticulous sourcing to the table and Local Food Britain can't wait to see what the future brings for Surrey Hills Delicatessen.
As well as their food store offering, Surrey Hills Delicatessen is able to produce exquisite platters and boards of exceptional cheese, charcuterie and more on request if you're looking for catering options.
Local Food Surrey says
Both Nick Sinclair and Simon Taylor have long established reputations as champions of quality food and drink in Surrey, and we can't wait to see how Surrey Hills Delicatessen evolves alongside Surrey Hills Butchers in Oxshott and across the county.
There couldn't have been a more challenging year to launch a new business but the impact Surrey Hills Delicatessen has already had suggests an exciting future ahead.
