Visit the village of Oxshott in Surrey and you’ll find shelves stocked with the delicious nationally acclaimed flavours of Sublime Butter, Droitwich Salt, DJ BBQ rubs and spices and many more.
More locally to Surrey, there are Jam Packed Preserves jams, jellies and chutneys from Epsom, fresh Pan bakery bread from Dorking and Norbury Blue cheese from Albury leading the way.
As well as the artisan deli offering, Surrey Hills Delicatessen also stocks a range of seasonal fruit and vegetables.
And, just across the road, there’s Surrey Hills Butchers’ flagship butcher’s shop with its ethically sourced and rare breed meats.
Having worked in the hospitality industry for more than 20 years, Nick Sinclair has previously been executive chef at the likes of Burford Bridge Hotel in Dorking and Brooklands Hotel in Weybridge, as well as running his own At Home by Nick Sinclair catering business in Surrey.
