Prickly Pear Bakery is small family-owned bakery in Godalming, Surrey that specialises in producing fruit-based biscuits made without any artificial additions.
Their quest began when searching for natural, healthier snacks that would appeal to the whole family without being packed full of sugar and unfavourable ingredients.
The result is a selection of vibrant biscuit thins enriched with natural fruit and vegetable flavours including raspberry and beetroot blast, tangerine and lemon, pineapple and passionfruit and rhubarb crumble - with many more to come.
Prickly Pear Bakery use the flavours from natural fruit powders, instead of adding flavourings of any kind, and only purchase goods from the UK, never supporting the use of palm oil or similar unsustainable products.
Having launched in summer 2021, you will find Prickly Pear Bakery at farmers' markets and food events in Surrey and in a growing number of retailers, particularly in the Godalming area. You can also order direct from them online.
