Formerly known as Surrey Spice, Mandira’s Kitchen has recently expanded into a purpose built kitchen, shop and teaching space at Silent Pool on the Albury Estate near Guildford.
The inspiring Mandira Sarkar and her team continue to produce award-winning Indian food using fresh local produce, family recipes and lots of love to take you on a truly culinary adventure into the heat and dust of the Indian subcontinent.
Now based in a refurbished cow shed, Mandira’s Kitchen’s neighbours include Albury Vineyard, Silent Pool Gin and Norbury Blue, making the Albury Estate an exciting food and drink destination in its own right.
The range includes six meat dishes, five vegetarian dishes and four vegan dishes, all of which are gluten free apart from their hand rolled samosas.
As well as their freshly frozen curries, they also produce a range of spices, butters and chutneys to further tantalise your tastebuds.
Mandira buys as much local produce as possible and is rightfully proud of the fact her kitchen uses no preservatives, gluten or any "unpronounceable bits" in their cooking.
Away from their Silent Pool HQ, the team at Mandira’s Kitchen is also available to creatively cater for your event, party or wedding in Surrey and further afield, and are always available to discuss your requirements.
You may also find them at local farmers’ markets, including Guildford on the first Tuesday of every month, and food festivals.
