A family farm shop business
Priory Farm has been enjoyed by generations of local people and is part of the community. It has been in the Shinner family since 1957.
There is simply nowhere like it, and the farm's commitment to supporting "local" is at the heart of everything they do.
Priory Farm offers customers produce that you won't find in the supermarkets, including, in season, some grown on the farm itself, such as apples, pumpkins, runner beans and raspberries.
As well as working with proven farm shop favourites, they are always on the hunt for new producers and have also have zero waste food dispensers full of rice, grains, pulses, cereals, nuts and fruit.
It doesn't get much more local than the Priory Farm honey, which is created by bees that are kept on the farm.
Priory Farm Shop is a superb destination for fresh fruit and veg and shelves full of local produce. Every visit is a real joy as the place has a special ambience that just can't be manufactured. Grab a basket on your way in - you'll need it! Dame Judi Dench is a huge fan.
With the likes of Local Food Britain, The Salt Box and The Wood Fired Larder on site it really is a foodie haven, which probably explains why it's won Farm Shop of the Year at the Surrey Life Food & Drink Awards on a number of occasions over the years.
