Their extensive product range includes Sussex cheeses (including products from Local Food Britain members Bookham Harrison Farms and High Weald Dairy), English cheeses and international cheeses, as well as charcuterie, meats, dips, pies and quiches, pâtés, cream and yoghurt, wafers and oatcakes and other various gourmet products.
Staff at The Cheese Man are passionate about cheese and fine foods, and as a local family run company are proud to promote local cheeses.
Ever mindful of how important food miles and environmental issues are to customers, and working closely with local cheese makers, they have produced a Local Cheese Guide to develop local awareness of quality cheeses from the surrounding areas. In sharing this knowledge and expertise they hope this guide will highlight that some of the finest ranges of cheeses are on our very doorstep, here in Sussex.
