Award-winning smoked salmon
Their top-quality smoked salmon is prepared and hand-sliced on-site at Williams and Bunkell's own smokery. The salmon is sourced from small independent firms and is dry cured for 24 hours before it is smoked over pure oak for 18 hours. This amazing product has won Great Taste stars in 2014, 2016 and 2018.
At the end of 2020, Williams and Bunkell were also named the Best Local Producer 2020 in the Essential Surrey Awards.
