Award-winning smoked salmon The smoked salmon is prepared and hand-sliced on-site at Williams and Bunkell's own smokery. The salmon is sourced from small independent firms and is dry cured for 24 hours before it is smoked over pure oak for 18 hours. This amazing product won a Great Taste Award in 2016!
