At the foot of the beautiful North Downs lies the Tandridge Parish town of Oxted, Surrey.
The bustling high street has a superb collection of shops, restaurants and cafes and the old high street boasts beautiful independent boutiques and a cinema. A large supermarket, leisure centre and railway are centred between the two high streets. Throughout the year Master Park, just off the old high street, plays host to a number of community events including the Oxted Festival including a street parade, the Oxted Pram Race, The Oxted Food Festival - a celebration of urban street food and local and regional food producers and the Oxted Beer Festival - 100 different ales, largers, ciders and champagne as well as street food and musical entertainment.
