Expert growers since 1908, Secretts is a family-run farm and lifestyle destination in Milford, Surrey set within beautiful grounds. Secretts are specialists in producing top-quality seasonal fruit and vegetables, which they sell via wholesalers and in their award-winning farm shop. In particular, Secretts is famous for tangy rhubarb, tender salad leaves, heritage carrots, beetroot and whole head lettuce. The farm shop, which opened in 1977, is renowned for its incredible cheese counter, with over 300 different varieties of English and European cheeses. This is complemented by an eclectic range of preserves (some made with Secretts' home grown produce by a local producer), crackers, oatcakes, artisan breads and cooking ingredients. The deli stocks locally-produced pies and savouries, charcuterie and fresh pasta. Secretts also has its own production kitchen on site where they prepare quiche, fresh salads, soups, savouries and ready to eat meals. Many dishes are seasonal, so expect fresh strawberry and raspberry fools in the summer and celeriac remoulade in winter, with asparagus tarts and soup in the spring. They also have a craft beer and gin collection and a good range of wines.
Foodie day out
A trip to Secretts equates to an exceptional foodie day out in Surrey as, in addition to the excellent farm shop, there is an on site Q Guild butchers, Black Barn (former Surrey Life awards finalists for best butchers); Eliza’s Tea Room, which serves homemade food and cakes from their own bakery, and ethical boutique Jo’s Unlimited. They are also hosts of the monthly Milford farmers' market (held on the third Sunday of each month). In the courtyard just behind the entrance to the farm shop you will find Hawkins Brothers, a fine English wine merchants who run regular wine tastings.
Secretts Pick Your Own is currently not open during the summer but will open for special seasonal events. This is a temporary closure due to the impact of Brexit and Covid and the operation will remain closed for the summer of 2022. Scheduled events such Asparagus Weekend and Pumpkin Week are posted on Secretts website and social media channels, so please refer to the website which is regularly updated for more information and updates.

Secretts Farm was one of the pioneers of pick your own in the UK, first opening its gates in the 1970s. It's a fantastic place to visit today and is a powerhouse of Surrey fruit and veg, helping to supply a number of pubs, restaurants, chefs and cafes with top quality fresh produce.
