The Pugmill Bakehouse is the new heart of the Farnham Pottery and this is a workshop with a difference. Our community kitchen has been lovingly created for you to come and spend the day crafting food in an inspiring, creative and relaxed atmosphere. In this 1 day workshop with Master Baker Emmanuel Hadjiandreou we will be sharing our enthusiasm and desire for making real bread. Through exploring the BREAD BASICS we will will have a hands-on practical day to bake bread three ways – in our amazing wood fired oven, our range oven, and a domestic oven and experience every stage of artisan bread baking in the process.
