Celebrating 36 years as a caterer, Elizabeth Treliving is renowned for creating outstanding, home-style cuisine. The food writer and broadcaster develops her own recipes and embraces the influence of changing food styles and seasons, always cooking from the heart. A longstanding supporter of fellow local businesses, many of Elizabeth's suppliers are based in her own village of Great Bookham: the fishmonger, butcher, bakery and greengrocer, all family-run, just like Home Cooking By Elizabeth.
Menus and recipes are often created especially for a particular event, so flexibility is the keyword when you entrust your catering to Elizabeth. She is supported by her husband and daughters (who all have their own roles in the business), together with the help of a great team. Specialities include canapés, finger buffets, formal occasions, knife and fork buffets, tea parties and the ultimate experience: dinner parties with your own chef and waiting staff.
They are also fully licensed caterers and have a great selection of house wines and are a stockist of Denbies Vineyard wines.

Home Cooking By Elizabeth offers a full party planning service, which takes care of everything, if that is your wish - including the drinks, wine waiters and bar staff; linen, glassware, cutlery and furniture hire; marquees, discos, even the wedding cake! Of course, many clients like to organise some, or all, of the event themselves, and you can leave as much - or as little - as you like to Elizabeth and her team.
Their relaxed dining and contemporary bowl food parties certainly create the most interest, from formal to informal and covering every taste.
