With their focus on supplying fresh, restaurant-quality UK fish and shellfish, Sussex-based Nutritious Fish are passionate about their sourcing and sustainability.
Based in Portslade, near Brighton, Nutritious Fish is an online fresh fish and shellfish business which offers free home-delivery across Sussex.
Founded by Sussex food-lover and enthusiastic home cook, David Copeland, Nutritious Fish was set up to make local, good quality fish more accessible to his neighbours.
They offer great-value monthly mixed fresh fish or oily fish subscriptions and themed family packs, as well as whole fish, hand cut boneless fillets of your favourites and a fishmonger’s selection of shellfish.
Their high-welfare Loch Duart Scottish salmon and ChalkStream rainbow trout is sashimi-grade and does not require freezing before eating.
Nutritious Fish source as much local fish and shellfish from the Sussex coast as they can, as well as working collaboratively with other local Sussex producers.
David delivers orders for free across Sussex (around 25 miles from Portslade) on Thursdays and Fridays, weekly, with your fresh produce delivered to you in compostable paper and plant-based packaging - so everything's plastic-free too.
And, if you're a food business, you might like to know that Nutritious Fish now has another arm to its business - a commercial prep kitchen with storage space and additional services for hire. You can read more about it via the button below.
It's all about fresh fish at Nutritious Fish and if you live in Sussex it's a great way to get the latest catch delivered to your door.
The Nutritious Fish website is full of recipes, cooking tips and lots of info about seasonal fish to help you make the most of your catch. If you live in Brighton and Sussex, Nutritious Fish is well worth a look for your fresh fish fix.
We promise that we will never, ever pass your details to anyone else or overwhelm you with emails – we send one a month, occasionally two (unless we have something really amazing that we think you will want to know about straightaway!).
And we will always make it really easy for you to unsubscribe – one click, straight from the email. We never want to lose our readers but we know how hugely irritating it is when the unsubscribe facility is made as difficult to use as possible..
