This tasty breakfast bowl is made using linseed (or flax as it is often known), which is a highly nutritious food and supplement that can be incorporated in everything from breakfasts to cakes. And the best thing? It only takes five minutes to prepare!

- In a small bowl thoroughly cream together the yoghurt with the linseed oil. An electric hand blender works best but with a bit of elbow-grease a small egg whisk or even a fork will do the job.
- Stir in sweetener, vanilla essence and grated ginger.
- Place ground linseed in a breakfast bowl, add sliced banana and orange, top that with creamed yoghurt/oil mix. Sprinkle with sliced strawberry, chopped nuts and drizzle over honey.
