It’s so important to know where your meat comes from and how it has been prepared, which is why we believe sourcing meat that can be traced back to its origins unlike many of the supermarkets. Kent has a great number of farms offering high quality meat, some of it organic and much farmed using traditional methods which produces a fantastic flavour. Often it can be bought straight from the farm or local deli and other times by seeking out your local master butcher who will be able to advise on cooking methods and take orders for the next barbecue.
