Opened at 5.30 by the fabulously admirable Patrick Holden, director of the Soil Association for over 20 year & founder of the Sustainable Food Trust who will talk about his wonderful work and maybe, share some interesting stories. …….and don’t miss the delicious unpasteurised cheese his son Sam makes on the oldest organic farm in Wales! Come and meet over 20 small and independent producers - many of which are London based – that create healthy, delicious and high quality food on a sustainable scale. With tasting options including raw macaroons, pomegranate ketchup and turmeric latte, Ealing and other London honeys, spiced nut mixes, exotic jams, superfood cakes, sizzling veggie delights, piping hot miso soup, fruit purees, mince pies, sloe gins, chocolates and oodles more to tempt your taste buds.
