Bookham in Surrey’s Mole Valley is described on its website as offering “community life at its best”. 

Located between Leatherhead and Guildford, The Bookhams are made up of Great Bookham and Little Bookham and have a thriving community with a calendar of village events including the Bookham Village Day which takes place each summer. Surrounding Bookham are 450 acres of wildlife commons, known as Banks Common, Great Bookham Common and Little Bookham Common. Bookham has many groups, societies and clubs, so is a great place to live. There are several places to eat in Bookham and you can also travel to nearby Leatherhead with its wide selection of restaurants and cafes.
