Salute to the 1940s is taking place at The Historic Dockyard Chatham on September 15 and 16.
Vintage music will fill the air as well as comedy, variety acts, dance workshops and performances from dance troupes.
Being in the prime location of The Historic Dockyard Chatham, which has its own 1940s film set location, there will be home front displays and Military camps which complement the Dockyard site.
Vintage and military dressed re-enactors will wander and cycle the 1940s Street, where you can visit a bombed-out house, anti-aircraft gun display, vintage barbers, and enjoy a fashion parade.
Salute the 40s is a very well established event and for the first time is introducing a Farmers Market within the event.
