Many people prefer biodynamic wine because it's natural and made with a minimum of intervention - ie without the use of chemicals and with a minimum of additives such as sulphur. Biodynamic wines are usually produced from organically grown grapes and the winemaker will have worked in harmony with nature and the phases of the moon.

They are sometimes unfined and unfiltered which occasionally gives biodynamic wines a cloudy appearance - think of them as the wine world's equivalent of sourdough bread and unpasteurised cheese!
