Energiser Yoga
The festival opens for general admittance at 10am and our energiser yoga session begins. Bring your mat between 9.30am and 9.45am for free festival admission and to join in this yoga session for all levels, led by Emma Cole. This year's festival also has a number of vegan food vendors (including delicious All Out Food burgers, Cakes Free From and fantastic fruit and veg from Greener Greens).
Country skills and crafts
Husband and wife team and founders of Nutfield-based Hedges & Hurdles, Lorraine and Paul Matthews are passionate about sharing their knowledge and skills with others, encouraging people to discover a new found love for nature and the outdoors. They will be showcasing these skills at the festival and offering opportunities to try them for yourself.
Birds of Prey
Swooping into this year’s festival will be First Class Falconry. Run by Alan Greenhalgh, who has a life-long passion for birds of prey and had his first kestrel when he was 12 years old, he has a first class team of birds including falcons, owls, hawks and an eagle. Displays will take place at 1.15pm and 3.15pm - and, for a donation to Macmillan Cancer Support, you will be able to meet the birds under the eagle eye of their expert falconer.
Shetland ponies
You'll be able to meet Shetland ponies Biscuit (pictured) and Fergus and their friends from 2pm. Normally based just up the road in Kingswood, Kingswood Shetlands provide animal assisted therapy in hospitals, nursing homes, schools and nurseries around the county and at their own woodland setting. Tickets to pet Kingswood Shetlands' animals will be £2, and can be bought in advance on the gate.
Live music
Serenading the crowds at this year's food festival will be Oxted Brass Band, who will be performing from 11.15am to 2.15pm. Established in 1901, they will provide the perfect backdrop for sampling delicious food and drink. The afternoon will then feature roaming acoustic musicians. Keep an eye out for the busking buckets, as all the proceeds will go to Macmillan Cancer Support.
Classic cars
Look out for the arrival of the classic cars at this year's Countryside Food Festival - there will be plenty of opportunity to talk to the owners, who have given their time and cars for free. Please say thanks by donating in the Macmillan Cancer Support buckets.
Vintage tractors
At Local Food Britain's Countryside Food Festival we will have a small collection of vintage tractors, one of which is around 100 years old, to peruse while you walk among the food and drink stalls. They have kindly been leant to us from a private collection.
Priory Farm Shop
Local Food Britain member, Priory Farm, is an award-winning food and drink destination in its own right. Set deep in beautiful Surrey countryside, it has been owned by the Shinner family since 1957. The farm shop, with its butchery and deli, is a must visit to pick up some delicious foodie treats.
BBC Surrey live
Broadcasting live from Local Food Britain's Countryside Food Festival, between 9am and 12 noon, BBC Surrey and BBC Sussex's Lesley McCabe will be meeting some of our local producers and finding out what makes their food and drink so special. Listen to BBC Surrey on digital radio or watch them live in action at our festival.
