Thirty Hampshire Farmers’ Market producers will be ready to welcome visitors to this pretty coastal village with delicious food, drink and stunning garden plants. Sample some of the county’s finest gin from Winchester Distillery and Silent Pool Distillers, pick up a pack of Catch Fabulous Fishcakes and take a bite of something sweet from Cupcakes mmm Cookies. All of HFM’s producers must source at least 20% of their ingredients from Hampshire or within a 20-mile radius, plus any produce grown, reared or raised must spend at least 50 per cent of its time with the producer. There will also be some guest producers on the day including Purbeck Ice Cream. As well as a feast of food and drink, Hamble Sea Scouts will be hosting plenty of activities to keep families entertained, including a chance to try a kayak out on the water.
