Nestled in the beautiful East Sussex countryside is the small village of Forest Row. Forest Row derives its name from its proximity to the royal hunting park – Ashdown Forest. A great destination for nature lovers, sporting types and foodies alike, the forest offers a vast variety of accommodation, Michelin star restaurants, country pubs, farm shops, tea shops and an extensive range of outdoor activities. Whether it is orienteering, cycling, walking, climbing or archery – there is something for everyone.

Forest Row is home to Tablehurst Farm – a local community-owned, working organic/biodynamic farm. The farm grows its own vegetables, fruit and grains, and rears cows, pigs, sheep, ducks, chickens, geese and turkeys. The farm is open to the public who can come and visit the animals, relax in the onsite cafe or buy the local produce in the farm shop.
