A hands-on course showing how to make several different types of cheese, including a hard cheese and a soft ricotta. You will be guided step by step through the simple making techniques, leaving with your creations and perhaps a new hobby too. The workshop covers sourcing ingredients, seasonality, as well as tips for the making process, starters, rennet, temperatures, techniques and troubleshooting. £75 pp, includes print-outs to take home, cheeses and homemade refreshments. Please bring your own lunch.
