Fish filleting is a skill that needs to be learned but once mastered is a skill for life enabling you to create delicious fish dishes at home. Chantelle from Fresh from the Boat will teach you how to spot good quality fish, gutting and descaling, filleting and and pin boning and, finally, prepare a flat fish. All fish and equipment will be provided; you will also get to take home the fish that you have prepared. £39 pp, includes a welcome refreshment.
