Arrive at Trenchmore Farm on Sunday May 17 to see your lunch smoking on an open fire and enjoy a Silly Moo Cider cocktail before heading out for a stroll around the farm. Andrew will show you how your meal has been grown and help you walk up an appetite before heading back to the Trenchmore Table, where lunch will be served by Brighton chefs The Herb Kitchen, Syndicate Kitchen and Dave Pearse. Enjoy Trenchmore Beef smoked for hours and served with all the Sunday roast trimmings. All the produce will be from the farm or sourced as locally as possible, showing how delicious sustainable and high-welfare food can be. As well as Silly Moo Cider, other local drinks will be available.
