On this one-day course we will work together to create a seasonal lunch of curried pear soup, with home made tomato, olive and onion focaccia bread. We will then make a vegetarian / vegan tagine (Moroccan stew) of pumpkin, apricot and quince and apple crumble for you to take home. We will also look at ways to make healthy snacks from fruit, pickles and preserving methods that minimise added sugars. You will receive a booklet which will include the surprising facts about fruits, the Mediterranean style of eating, and 10 healthy alternative recipes. See our website for full details & to book :
