Award-winning, steam-powered, micro-brewery based in an 18th century granary barn in the picturesque village of Lodsworth.  Langham Brewery uses only the finest ingredients; leaf hops, not pellet and centrifuges plus floor malted barley sourced from one of only three floor maltsters left in the UK. The beer is cask conditioned, a traditional method which gives a longer shelf life and, very importantly, flavoursome, fresher tasting beer. The spent malt feeds a local herd of cattle and fermenter waste is used as part of a field fertiliser.
