The welfare of the animals is priority and only traditional farming methods are used. Merrywood Farm is proud to be one of only nine farms in the country to have been awarded a TSG (Traditional Specialities Guarantee). The animals are grown slowly which produces extremely flavoursome meat.
Sausages and pork The sausages come in four varieties: Cumberland (gluten-free); Old English; Spicy Spanish; and Kentish Hop (currently their best seller). They also sell gammons, bacon, and pork joints (made to order).
