A show stopper cake sure to impress your friends and family. You will decorate a 6" round vanilla cake and learn a whole range of new skills that will raise your cake decorating to the next level. Perfect for family celebrations and birthdays this cake will be a versatile cake to add to your baking repertoire. You will learn: how to split, fill, and crumb coat your 6" round cake; how to cover the cake with a smooth buttercream finish; make the gorgeous extra touches such as hand moulded ears, eyelashes and a golden horn; and how to finish the cake with butter cream piping techniques and your hand made decorations. Level: Beginner to Intermediate. Length of class: Approximately three hours with a short break.
