Come along and learn the basic principles of making your own sourdough bread in my sourdough taster session and cookery demonstration.I will show you how to make your own sourdough starter and provide you with tips and advice on how to look after it. This will be followed by a demonstration of how to mix and shape your dough along with how to bake your loaf to achieve the best results.This session will end with lunch including local cheeses, a bowl of seasonal soup, fresh fruits and a glass of wine from one of our talented Surrey wine producers, served with lots of freshly baked sourdough.
