Garsons of Esher Spring Food Market will be bursting with new flavours and ideas for Easter entertaining and family dining. The two-day event takes place on Saturday and Sunday, April 6th and 7th with more than 20 suppliers showcasing their products and offering tastings of seasonal treats. Many of the food and drink items are new to Garsons Farm Shop, from zingy salad dressings to spicy fresh sauces, Fairtrade chocolate bars, organic wines, fruit juices and much more. Food blogger Bill Williamson of What Dad Cooked will be demonstrating his latest recipe created especially for Garsons - an Asparagus and Jersey Royal Frittata – and sharing tips on how to cook freshly-harvested British asparagus, which is renowned by chefs as the best in the world. Visitors will be able to meet the makers who supply the farm shop all year round and enjoy the first tastings of new artisan products and Garsons’ latest own label additions.
