Dorking Community Orchard apple pressing sessions

You can only make so many apple pies! 

So it’s good news that the lovely people at Dorking Community Orchard (part of Transition Dorking) are once again offering their apple pressing service to turn all those lovely, tree-ripened fruits into the freshest, zingiest juice. 

Just take your apples along to one of the sessions below. The cost of £1 per litre (including the bottle). If you don’t have any apples but would like to buy the juice, it’s £2 a litre. All the apples come from local orchards so are bursting with juicy Surrey goodness. 

2017 apple pressing dates

Saturday October 14

9am – 1pm
Dorking High Street, in front of Barclays Bank, adjacent to Local Food Britain member Food Float (a wonderful opportunity to stock up on local food to go with your apple juice)

Saturday October 28

9am – 4pm
Village Greens Farm Shop at Denbies Wine Estate
