Biddenden Cider Express at the Kent & East Sussex Railway

All aboard the Biddenden Cider Express... Biddenden Vineyards have once again teamed up with the Kent & East Sussex Railway to run the second Biddenden Cider Express, offering all our cider lovers an exciting steam train experience on Friday 1st September 2017. The Biddenden Cider Express evening special will depart from Tenterden Station and chug a leisurely 21 miles across the beautiful Kent and Sussex countryside to Bodiam whilst those on board enjoy our award-winning ciders and juices as well as a freshly prepared hot meal. There will also be a live band playing at Bodiam Station for the duration of the stop. For rail enthusiasts, the steam train will consist of a 5-car Mk.1 set. Board from 6.30pm for a 7.00pm departure, Tenterden to Bodiam return. Arrival back to Tenterden at 9.45pm, allowing for connection with public transport to Maidstone and Ashford. Fare £20 to include a souvenir pint glass and first drink, add a hot meal for £9 and all cider is £3.00 a pint on the night.
