Mandira's Kitchen has put together a romantic Indian meal for two that can be delivered frozen to any mainland UK address, It can be heated from frozen in just four minutes so there is no need to waste hours in the kitchen. Every menu comes wih a Bollywood playlist, a Karma Sutra info sheet and a movie suggestion.

The menu features an array of spices amid a selection of classic meat and vegetarian dishes all cooked with love! Mandira Sarkar, owner and founder of Mandira's Kitchen said she hopes the meals help add a little spice to the February evening.

She said: "You can not love well if you have not dined well. So our Valentine's menu woos your eyes and your taste buds. Clearly all designed to recreate the perfect romantic meal at home.

Byfleet-based Educated Cooking is also spreading the love with a traditional menu featuring steak, lemon sole and a range of sensational side dishes. Delivered to your door, Educated Cooking provides a host of healthy, nutritionally balanced and tasty food direct to your door. Headed up by Eleanor, the company also bespoke catering options and catering services.

Head to Abinger Cookery School where you and your plus one can create some culinary magic together. You can choose from one-day or evening courses or choose to perfect your skills with specific food types such as Italian or American BBQ.

Laura's Larder in Petts Wood specialises in a range of artisan and hand-crafted products that will let your loved one know just how much you care. You can choose from freshly ground coffee to the best in English cheese or if you want to show someone just how much you care, why not splash out on a hamper!
