Alsop and Walker makes a delightful range of artisan Sussex cheeses using time-honoured traditional methods.

A superb selection of soft, hard and semi-hard, mature, smoked and blue cheese; there is something for all tastes.

Favourites include:
Lord London; a soft cheese that was famously used at The Goring Hotel for the Royal Wedding breakfast and award-winning Mayfield - a firm, golden cheese with a sweet, fruity flavour, which won Super Gold at The World Cheese Awards.

All the cheeses are vegetarian and made from pasteurised cow’s milk source from Sussex dairy farms.

Alsop and Walker supports the local food community by selling cheeses through farms shops and deli across the South East. They also run a weekly stall at London’s renowned food market - Borough Market and supply renowned country pub/hotel The Bell in Ticehurst.
