Demystifying the sourdough myths, this 6 1/2 hour course offers an introduction to baking sourdough bread. Including why it's better for you than traditionally commerically leavened bread, the secrets behind the 'starter' and how to store it. We'll be hands on baking several different loaves, and as the classes are small you'll get lots of one on one attention. Based in Shepperton, Surrey we run a small World Bread Award winning microbakery, using the best ingredients to create wholesome bread with no additives or preservatives. Refreshments included, as well as taking home your own creations! Cancellation policy - please be aware that once your booking is made, no refund can be given. Amendments to bookings can be made up to 30 days in advance.
