Priory Farm is preparing for a bumper Strawberry Fair this as the farm celebrates its 60 year anniversary. The food festival will see more than 40 artisan food and drink producers set up stall in Priory Farm Shop's courtyard. Visitors will enjoy tastings of fine and locally-made food and drink, including handmade breads, regional cheeses and real ales, plus a sizzling barbecue will serve up sausages and burgers made by Priory Farm's own butcher. And for dessert, it has to be some of the hundreds kilos of strawberries the Farm Shop expects to sell over the weekend. Meanwhile, young visitors can enjoy a taste of life on the farm with tractor rides and a summer-themed nature trail on the Discovery Walk, as well as a host of other family-friendly activities over the weekend.
