Murray will explain how each part of the pig is used and a little about the breeds we rear at Home Farm. He will then break down the whole carcass and show where the meat comes from for sausages, pork pies etc. You will not only learn to butcher certain cuts but also learn how to cure bacon. At the end of the day you will take home two joints that you have prepared. Lunch is included.
