Pop-up Restaurant at the Vineyard

We are very excited to be hosting Four Gables Food at the vineyard for an evening of fabulous food and great English wine. Guests will sample delicious 'bowl food' including pan fried scallop, cauliflower puree and toasted almond, poached chicken with tarragon mousse, pommes puree and tarragon cappuccino, and salted caramel ganache with lemon verbena. By the way, the salted caramel ganache is a personal favourite of ours at the vineyard - Four Gables served it at owner Nick's 60th birthday party! Each course will be expertly paired with a glass of fine English wine, not only from Albury, but from other English vineyards as well. All served in the most beautiful setting with views of the vineyard and the picturesque Surrey Hills. Four Gables Food chefs and Albury Vineyard owner Nick will be on hand to talk you through how they have paired different flavour combinations with each wine.
