If you love cheese with port then you will love this evening exploring how cheese can be matched with a huge range of dessert and fortified wines. Whether your taste is for light creamy Camembert, full flavoured Cheddar or a tangy blue we will guide you through matching them with the perfect fortified wines such as late harvest Sauvignon Blanc, sherry and Moscatel as well as great commanding fortified wines such as Madiera, Port and Muscat. This is a really informative yet fun evening honing your taste buds. The tasting is substantial so we suggest you don't eat beforehand.
