Celebrate English Wine Week with us this year! Join us and Bake with Jack at the vineyard for a bread-making demonstration, lunch and wine. Enjoy a morning with Jack, our charismatic local food hero, learning how to make sourdough bread. Your sourdough bread is unique to you, it's a story of your life, and a true triumph to make! You'll learn how to make your very own sourdough starter from scratch, the best way to look after it and keep it alive. Turning your starter into incredible tasting sourdough bread and adapting the process to fit into your day to day schedule. The demonstration will be followed by a delicious lunch prepared by Jack and served alongside a glass of our award-winning Albury Estate sparkling wine. Return home with your own sourdough starter so you can try out what you learnt on the day. Tickets are limited for this exclusive event and booking in advance is essential.
