Learn how to make traditional artisan bread, with a focus on ingredients and the original process before the industrial manufacturing of bread took over. Preservative and additive free loaves to enjoy at home! This course will cover sourdough techniques, creating your own loaves including farmhouse white tin, multi-seed, and a heritage grain loaf. You'll take home a small amount of starter sourdough to inspire you to continue your baking at home. This is a small class, so lots of one to one time. Based in Shepperton, Surrey we run a small microbakery, using the best ingredients to create wholesome bread with no additives or preservatives. Refreshments included, as well as taking home your own creations! Cancellation policy - please be aware that once your booking is made, no refund can be given. Amendments to bookings can be made up to 30 days in advance.
