LEARN THE ART OF COOKING WITH FIRE AND SMOKE IN BEAUTIFUL RELAXED SETTINGS FAR AWAY FROM THE BUZZ OF YOUR BUSY WORLD.
Join us on our journey to bring people together through food and fire, using an abundance of great local produce and open-fire cooking techniques. Immerse yourselves in our nose to tail and root to fruit ethos, for a weekend centred on our love of the relaxed farm-to-table feasting experience. Cooking in the great outdoors is one of life’s great pleasures, but one that so many of us don’t get to enjoy often enough.
Our team will guide you in creating (and most importantly indulging in) unforgettable dishes presented with passion and joy, in the company of new friends. We’ll get away from the hustle and bustle and explore the local countryside as we gather from nature’s bounty on a foraging walk with Sarah from Wild Feast. At the end of the days, we’ll put our feet up and sit around the campfire and enjoy the wood-fired hot tub under the stars! Read More

Sep 16th 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
Salute to the 1940s is taking place at The Historic Dockyard Chatham on September 15 and 16.
Vintage music will fill the air as well as comedy, variety acts, dance workshops and performances from dance troupes.
Being in the prime location of The Historic Dockyard Chatham, which has its own 1940s film set location, there will be home front displays and Military camps which complement the Dockyard site.
Vintage and military dressed re-enactors will wander and cycle the 1940’s Street, where you can visit a bombed-out house, anti-aircraft gun display, vintage barbers, and enjoy a fashion parade.
Salute the 40's is a very well established event and for the first time is introducing a Farmers Market within the event.
